Returns (domestic)

Returns:

You can return any unworn items with the exception of masks and sale items for a refund or store credit. Simply fill out the return form and we will provide you a return label for $6.99 (this cost will be deducted from your refund value). If returning for a store credit, this fee is waived. 

The store credit is processed as soon as the label has been scanned at the post office. 

The refund back to the original form is payment is processed once received by our warehouse. This can take up to 14 days. 

When calculating the refund for shirts included in the 3/$160 promotion please know kept items will be valued at full retail price. 

Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 Returns (International)

For details or to request an international return, email [email protected] with the following details:

-Order ID

-Item description and quantity

International orders can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Customers may ship the return items back with the carrier of their choice. We recommend receiving a tracking number for your return from your carrier. 

Please not duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable.
