Received something that's not your style? No problem. You can create a return for store credit for your unwanted item(s). Simply follow the link to our return page here: https://returns.thetiebar.com/#  and click "return a gift" and then follow the prompts. 

Heads up: To generate a gift return, you’ll need the order number and the shipping ZIP code for the item. You can find both pieces of information on the order packing slip. If you don’t have access to that slip or the information, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] — we’d be happy to help.

After initiating the return, a link to your return label will be emailed to you. Print the pre-paid label from the email and attach to your return package. Once we have received your return, you will be emailed a gift code for the value of your return. Happy shopping!
