Can I modify or cancel an order that I’ve already placed?Updated 16 days ago

We work hard to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. After an order is placed, there is a 30-minute window to make any changes. Once that window has passed, the order may already be moving through our system. If we’re still able to catch it before it ships, we’re happy to cancel it and help you place a new order with the correct updates. While we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to intercept it in time, we’ll always do our best to help.
